Can you use human hair/ashes as well as pet hair/ashes?

Yes, absolutely! We can create your keepsake, whether it's a lock of hair of your child's first haircut or your beloved pet friend who passed away. All cremation ashes jewellery can be made either with human or animal ashes.

How much hair do you need?

Depending on the design which you have chosen we would need different amounts of hair. 

We usually need a lock of hair 5 cm long and the thickness of the pencil. However, if you don't have that much, we can still create the keepsake even with only a few single hairs. 

How much ashes do you need?

We need only a teaspoon of ashes to create your keepsake. Any unused ashes will be sent back to you along with the keepsake.


What happens once I have placed m order?

You will receive an email with all the necessary information, how and where to send the hair/ashes. If you haven't received an email, please check your junk folder. 

How long will my order take?

From the moment we receive the hair or ashes we need only 20 to 25 business days to make the keepsake. We always send the photo of the finished pendant for your approval before we send it back to you.

How do you keep me updated about my order?

You will be updated throughout the whole process. We will send messages once you place your order, once we receive the hair/ashes, once the keepsake is ready and once it's been posted.

Please put the hair/ashes in a zip-seal bag. Make sure they are sealed securely. It's essential that you include a note with your name and order number inside the letter. Put the bag with hair/ashes and the note with your name and order number inside the envelope and send it to us. We advise using Royal Mail Special Delivery. It's the fastest and safest way.


I can't find the shape/colour which I am looking for...

If you can't find the exact design you are looking for on our website, please get in touch. We are always happy to help, and there is never too much trouble for us. We will do whatever it takes to create the keepsake exactly how you have imagined it. 

Are the flowers real?

Yes! The flowers are real! Either whole flowers or parts of flowers.

What kind of materials do you use?

We use high quality, jewellery grade resin and sterling silver. Our jewellery is nickel and lead free.

Can you create custom pieces with my own flowers or other personal items?

Yes, we love custom orders! Just send us a message, and we will be more than happy to talk about it.

Can you gift wrap it and include a note?

Yes! Our jewellery boxes are already prepared for gift-giving, however, we can add gift wrap and include a note.

How should I care for my jewellery?

♥ Try to keep your resin jewellery away from perfume, lotions and sprays such as suntan lotion or abrasive creams, as these can affect the finish of the resin.
♥ Our resin jewellery is some of the hardest available, but try to avoid sharp, pointy things that could scratch the surface.
♥ When needed, you can wash resin pieces with soapy water and dry it with soft cotton fabric. 
♥ Try to avoid taking a bath or shower with your jewellery on. It may cause silver tarnishing, however, you can clean silver with special cleaning agents if necessary.

Will mine be identical to the one in the photo?

We use real flowers, and they vary in size and shade so yours won't be exactly the same. We will never send a different colour, for example, but your flowers may be slightly lighter or darker. Also, different computer screens display colours differently. Handmade will always mean slight variances, but we do our best to make things as uniform as possible.

If something has sold out, can you make another?

Most likely! Just send us a message, and we'll chat about it.

My order hasn't arrived yet?

We send all parcels - both domestic and international - recorded and/or tracked. If you are concerned about your parcel being delayed, please let us know, and we'll give you your tracking number. 

We are 100% responsible for damaged or missing parcels and will absolutely make sure that you receive your Cosmic Lens post safe.
