All custom made keepsakes require 10 to 15 business days o be made from the moment we receive your sample.

Once your order is ready an email dispatch notification will be sent to you.

All items are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed For post and Tracked & Signed for international orders.
